Creativity Obsessed

Crafting has been my hobby since my schooling years! My confusion to gift something
meaningful to my closed ones for their anniversary got me thinking and finally, I made an
explosion box with my own hands. This first attempt of mine was loved by all and they were
touched by the gesture. This encouraged me to work on my skills and started gifting
handmade gifts to my close friends and family.
Later, I got my first order through a friend which boosted my morale to elevate my hobby
into a side income and it’s been 8 years now that I’ve been taking orders and creating craft
on demand. I’ve been commissioned for work, I’ve collaborated with some companies for
their requirements, participated in art-related events, worked as creative head for some
events, conducted workshops for kids on large scales and some of my customers include
celebrities too. I feel lucky to pursue my hobby as a profession now.
Over the years, while I kept learning new things under crafts to add to my services, I’ve also
mastered the skill of Calligraphy and now I practice Brush Pen & Copperplate Calligraphy
professionally too.
We provide a variety of options in handcrafted products. Each product is customized &
personalized as per your requirements with a hint of my love. My specialty includes working
with various types of papers to create most of my products and all mechanisms for creative
openings.
Our best-selling product is pencil carving art frames which is very unique and fully
personalized.
·      Why are handmade gifts the best?
Finding a gift for your sister, daughter, mother, best friend, wife, etc. especially when the
recipient already seems to have it all, it's a daunting task. In our minds, the perfect thing is
one that simultaneously shows him/her just how much we love them while also speaking to
one of her unique interests. Handmade can be one of the best gifts.
Because of its uniqueness, involves personal touch, customization like choosing particular
colour combinations, messages, pictures, etc & importantly it will be one of the kind as
there will be no same gift you may see anywhere as you have customized and creatively
made by me. Also, the receiver will be happy since you chose an unexpected gift and will be
cherished forever. Handmade gifts also keep the tradition alive.

·      What I’m happy about?

I feel so glad that artists have finally gained respect & importance also people have realized
that it needs a lot of courage, talent  & skills to perform any form of art.
Art & crafting is not just limited to being a hobby but has come up being a profession too.
Today I can proudly say my hobby is my profession! Because we have skills & talent and not
because artists are low in academics. At the same time who knew I would hear from them
that I was meant for creativity and art. Here thanking all my well-wishers who believed in
me and my work. My teachers have always said that they wanted to learn from me. Yes,
during school days I went for craft classes & for all my summer vacations were filled with
crafting time. I was unhappy then that I would not go explore places as others did for their
summer holidays but till date, I feel so happy that my mom sending me for craft class and
keep me engaged & believed that I was best in creating and made who I am now. This is
how I developed fine motor skills. Seeing me progressing as a child & winning first in most of
art competitions kept encouraging me & I started loving what I created, also more of
practice & importantly having patience in whatever I did.  I named my art workshop
‘Creativity Obsessed,’ because art is my medicine, I can’t imagine my day without crafting.
As it’s rightly said, ‘Art is therapy’. I have never been bored or tired of crafting. Once I start
with some craft activity, hours just fly away, I cannot even realize that it’s been so long time
& yet get short of time. This is my dream, believed & achieved story. My motto is to keep
learning and only then one will get better and progress. I’m Creativity Obsessed & I love
being called that.
